The "Casa Sant'Andrea" former monastery, built in 16th century and modified in the 18th century, now is an elegant Venetian palace returned to former glory after a long and careful restoration.

Overlooking the canal of Santa Chiara, a short walk from Piazzale Roma and close to the railway station Santa Lucia, is easily accessible from Marco Polo airport and from the highway exit. The house is also very close to the Cruise Terminal.

Essential in services, but treated in details, it offers elegant interiors, light and spacious rooms, furnished in a modern and comfortable style. In general, the atmosphere gives to guests the typical charm of historic residences.

Casa Sant'Andrea, for its structure is designed to offer hospitality to groups, families, but also to individual guests. Special conditions are applied for groups from Monday to Thursday.

Casa Sant'Andrea provides an adequate and varied breakfast included in the price in a dedicated room within the house. The WiFi connection is present in the entire house free of charge.

For conferences and seminars, the House has an important meeting room, with decorated walls, antique stucco ceiling and exposed beams, that can accommodate up to 50 people. Near the house there are paid parkings both in Piazzale Roma (2 minutes far by walk) and in Tronchetto island, connected by the "People Mover", an electric train that connects also the Marittima Station (Cruise Terminal) to Piazzale Roma.

The Cooperativa MA.CE., founded in 1992, is a cooperative of Social Solidarity that deals the inclusion of socially disadvantaged people in different sectors of activity, from March 2001.
